ANJBAAR, انجبار, also known as knotgrass is a plant related to buckwheat and dock family. People also call it as prostrate knotweed, bird weed, pigweed and low grass. This is an annual plant which grows in fields and wasteland, with white flowers from June to October. This plant is widespread across many countries in temperate regions, worldwide.
Its stems have a sprawling nature, capable of extending up to one meter in length while remaining close to the ground. Typically, observers identify it by its tendency to form circular, spine-like growth patterns. It adorns itself with petite leaves and small white flowers.
