Its shape is  dry red oval stuck elongated and it is not broken

Its size is 1.5cm it is bit larger than sargol saffron more thicker in shape and it is more luxury

• SARGOL SAFFRON

It is also all red threads of saffron flower

Threads are shorter then negin and super negin persian saffron types

Pushal saffron contains red saffron kolalehs with a portion of cream (white part)  which is 3-5mm in length

Pushal saffron is very cheapest in price as about average of 10 kgs of pushal saffron is obtained from 101 kilograms of saffron flowers

When pushal is dried red saffron strands have large volume so strands of saffron swell, twist and coil towards inside so in result they look voluminous and beautiful but in real this type is of inferior quality  as yellow parts of stigmas of saffron flower is of no value and distributors mainly sell orange and yellow portions of thread to increase their profit margins.

This chemical is responsible for colour of saffron

If higher amount of crosin present there will be higher  colouring strength of saffron as customers also demand higher level of crosin level saffron in market
