Char Magaz , چارمغز  are widely used in drinks for summers such as “SARDAI”, sherbets etc and desserts, curries, snacks and other health drinks originating in Indo-Pak subcontinent.

Char Magaz are obtained from the seeds of four plants mainly:

Cucumber,Cucumis sativus Linn, Kheera.

Melon, Cucumis melo Linn. , Kharbuza

Water Melon, Citrullus lanatus, Tarbuz

Pumpkin, Benincasa hispida, Petha

Cucumber:
