Description

Elaichi Kalan , الائچی کلاں, Amomum subulatum Roxb. , Greater Cardamom.  This herb belongs to family “Zingiberaceae / Scitaminae “. Mostly, people use parts as fruits and seeds. In fact, its  temperament is warm in first order and dry in third order. Commonly, it is used as a culinary spice in curries and other dishes and is used worldwide. Its decoction is made with other herbs in treatment of diarhea.
